7 Days Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers.

If you face any issue with the product such as size, fit, or any other valid concern, you may raise an exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Process:

  • Customers can initiate the exchange request through whatsapp (+91 9462914388) or mail us at support@trrendo.com

  • Once the request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location, subject to service availability.

  • If pickup is not possible due to any reason, the customer will be required to ship the product to our warehouse address.

  • After we receive the product and it passes the quality check, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Important Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange is applicable only for the same product in a different size or variant, subject to availability.
